A girl's best friend...Jewelry!

Lets talk jewelry my beauties. 

Jewelry is one of the cheapest ways to dress up almost any outfit.   I call my thoughtless outfit a pair of jeans, white t-shirt and flats.  But do you know what makes my thoughtless outfit flawless?  JEWELRY.  Sensible earrings, cuff bracelet and a chunky bracelet.  Waalaa..presto...I have been accessorized. 

Big trends of 2010 that you can find.

BIG, BOLD statement jewelry.  The bigger the better.  This is the season for size.  We will be seeing chunky necklaces, big bracelets, bold rings and sensible earrings.  Oh and please never wear all chunky and bold at the same time.  Chunky bracelet with  bold earrings...good.  Chunky necklace, big earring and bold bracelet....not so good.   Unless your a true southern girl...well there is no stopping you.

Now lets talk about jewelry colors and metals.  They are anticipating beautiful deep greens and rich purple.  These color are fantastically paired with teal and fuchsia.  These color set best in antique worn gold or matte gray metals (like silver but dull).

Some of my ladies prefer to shop jewelry sets and that is fine.  But if you are looking to make a statement stay away from matchy matchy.  Next time you shop buy two necklace sets that are identical in colors then mix and match those sets.  Or take those sets and coordinate them with something already in your jewelry box.

So lets get bold and for goodness sakes its okay to be lazy but why look bad doing it.
